Mark is a 13-year-old boy living in the Kawangware slum. He is the fifth born in a family of eight siblings. He lives with his father who is the breadwinner of the family. Marks`s father earns his livelihood from the temporary jobs. 

The family faces different challenges which includ food, shelter, clothing and school fees. During and after covid-19, life has really been hard for the family. It is struggle to get even a single meal for the family.

Mark is a very disciplined and hardworking young child. He is a very polite young man to his elders and has good manners to everyone around him. If his dreams are brought into realization through education, he will be able to do more and help his father when he grows up.
