Medical needs are a constant challenge due to harsh living conditions and local cultural factors. Care is addressed on a case-by-case basis, depending on each child’s situation and available funding. Many children live in unsanitary and primitive environments, where access to medical care is limited to emergencies. Diseases such as HIV and AIDS are prevalent, creating additional needs for ongoing treatment.
Heart to Heart Orphans USA (HTHOU) raises funds to address these medical needs individually. We work to connect with healthcare professionals and organizations in the United States to identify solutions and treatment options. When possible, HTHOU coordinates onsite care and treatment through volunteer medical teams, always prioritizing quality care to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
